New Hampshire Union Leader ^ | Nov. 9, 2016 | George Will

At dawn Tuesday in West Quoddy Head, Maine, America’s easternmost point, it was certain that by midnight in Cape Wrangell, Alaska, America’s westernmost fringe, there would be a loser who deserved to lose and a winner who did not deserve to win.

Nobody cares what you pound out on your keyboard, George. You have been PROVEN totally irrelevant. The RINO GOP Establishment of old is dead and buried. The New GOP is in charge now. Buh-bye, George; just retire into obscurity for once and for all, will ya?

“The surprise is that Barack Obama must have immediately seen his legacy, a compound of stylistic and substantive arrogance, disappearing, as though written on water in ink of vapor.”

He may have gotten something right. Nah. Can’t even give that to him.

Hey Willey, how does it smell down there in the ashbin of history?

“I’d say republicans are doing quite well”...........

In spite of themselves. The pubies did everything they could to destroy Trump and for that I will NEVER again send any of my money. IMO, they need to be completely and totally GONE from the political world. We need a total purging and a new “conservative” party.

What. An. Ass.

He’s the one who started the Never Trump crap in the primary. He’s the one who began insulting *US* and not just the candidate.

He can’t admit that he’s been wrong for the last year.

George, it’s about time that somebody shoved some Humble Pie down your throat.

Still done with the National Review. Hope they go bankrupt.

A moronic, ignorant article by a useless DC dinosaur.

You never been anything but a little whiny bitch George Will. You have never contributed anything of value to the body politic. Just go off in the corner with the other irrelevant impotent #Never Trumpers. No one cares what you think.

Poor George-- he didn't read the Slimes today which revealed that Trump exceeded Romney in getting votes of the poor, hispanic and asian minorities. He also gained more black votes than Romney, although not as many as we had hoped. The demographics of the election contradicted Will's characteristic negativity.

Maybe George didn’t notice the big tent that Trump created.

We here in Michigan fought like a beast to get from blue to red again.

I was in elementary school the last time we were, and I’m almost 40!

It takes a LONG time to reverse that, and these southern states need to stop taking their geography for granted.

Tooo much posturing. Now is the time to lock this stuff down and not go to sleep for the next 4 years.

-No more early voting

-No more easy absentees

-No electronic voting machines

-Voter ID CARDS (give them out for free! It is worth the cost

-Everyone dips their finger in ink after you vote (no exceptions or you ballot gets tossed). Before you get signed-in to vote, you put your finger under a light to check for ink

I agree that most of it can be disregarded, except the points he made that Georgia, Texas, Arizona...

Yes, that is the most important point he made. His implied solution (the GOP figuring out how to appeal to these voters) does nothing to advance conservative concerns regarding limited, constitutional government. The reality is that every racial group except for Whites votes as a bloc. Only Whites split their vote. Recognizing this fact, stating it and responding to it is verboten among our political class. Unless this changes, the Trump administration will be our last gasp.

The reason they were closer were a combination of successful propaganda about “misogynist, racist” Trump by the Press, the #Never Trumpers reckless attempts to sabotage Trump and the fact he was running against the 1st major party Female Presidential candidate.

Govern well and Trump can undo most of the damage that well financed propaganda campaign did with the GOP voter base. Lot of people who did not vote for Trump or stayed home will show up for the GOP in 2018 and 2020 if he gets the economy growing again.

Read his April 29 th editorial. This (well spoken man of infinite wisdom...just ask him )says that a Trump nominee, among other things, would probably cause the Republican Party to lose the “House”.
He has no credibility. He does not even try to explain or apologize for his false and vicious articles. In any other profession but semi-journalism such a man would be fired for incompetence and irrelevance!!I ask is there any depth of depravity and arrogance too low in the swamp for a journalist to crawl Obviously the answer is NO.
This is exactly why the newspaper industry is in such financial trouble. They are as devoid of “cash” as they are of moral virtues..

George Will, pissing and moaning again.

He really needs to retire to his living room and sit by the fire in his rocker, knitting, with a shawl and a cup of tea.

George Will is still alive?

No doubt he soiled himself several times through out the night and into the morning though.

However, I was sure Tuesday night Wednesday morning would have been so devastating to him to have provided him a major myocardial infarction that proved to be fatal.

He must be a tougher snowflake then I realized. I guess the fact that no matter who won, it gave him someone to rail against, and that was the factor that spared his useless life.
