Ginsburg Wears 'Dissent' Collar. (Thanks for hanging in Ruth, Trump appoints your successor.)

Justice Ginsburg Wears 'Dissent' Collar Following Contentious Election

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appeared to be wearing her dissent "jabot" on Wednesday —one day after an incredibly divisive and contentious presidential campaign ended in the election of Donald Trump.

Ginsburg wore the embellished collar ruffle meant to show disagreement and stray from the majority opinion on decisions before the high court. But there were no court decisions slated to go out on Wednesday.

The Supreme Court did not return a request from NBC News for comment. Ginsburg has previously been frank on what she thinks of Trump.

"I can't imagine what this place would be — I can't imagine what the country would be — with Donald Trump as our president…For the country, it could be four years. For the court, it could be — I don't even want to contemplate that," she told the New York Times in July.

Isn’t she one of the ones who promised to move to New Zealand if Trump won?

Pack your bags and resign you old biddy.

There have.been some really really bad Justices

But this one is more than just that, she’s highly unprofessional. In fact, childish.

"She was a surprising good friend of and to Scalia."

You make friends where you find them. I spent years in academia and mental-health settings. If I didn't make friends with liberals I'd have no friends at all.

Nooooo. She cannot easily live for two more decades. She’s like death warmed over as it is...and has a serious illness.

Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg......the Supreme Court Justice, sworn to uphold the Constitution, counseling a newly formed government (was it Egypt?) not to use the US Constitution as a framework. Can’t wait until she exits the building.

I wasn't really criticizing.

I learned of the friendship only after Scalia had passed and to me .... it was a surprise.

Back to a constitution-respecting court bothers you that much, Justice Ginsburg? Please retire and enjoy what years you have left.

She is 81 now and nodding off. There is no way she could be a functioning relevant Justice - maybe a artificially-alive husk used as a surrogate for some other miscreant to rule as a Justice.

My pastor would disagree with me, but I’m praying for God to strike down several justices in the next year or two...

O God, break the teeth in their mouths;
tear out the fangs of the young [and OLD] lions, O Lord!

Let them vanish like water that runs away;
when he aims his arrows, let them be blunted.

Let them be like the snail that dissolves into slime,
like the stillborn child who never sees the sun.

Sooner than your pots can feel the heat of thorns,
whether green or ablaze, may he sweep them away!

The righteous will rejoice when he sees the vengeance;
he will bathe his feet in the blood of the wicked.

Mankind will say, “Surely there is a reward for the righteous;
surely there is a God who judges on earth.” - Psalms 58

I have friends with whom I disagree on politics and policies. We generally stay away from those topics, or simply state our opposing opinions then buy each other a beer.

I don't blame you for feeling that way, Ruth. In fact, I think that you and all of the other liberal Supreme Court Justices should take things a step further. You should all resign on the day of President Trump's inauguration. That'll really teach us conservatives a lesson!
