IMO Obama is a just a very well versed bs’er and liar who is putting up a front at the moment. Internally he’s probably wondering what Trump is really thinking and what repercussions there’s going to be. He’s just laying low to stay out of trouble until Trump clears the scene then he’ll start up the BS machine run by co-partner in crime, Valjar, to further screw the U.S.

I guess it’s kind of fortunate that Trump knows a WHOLE BUNCH of folks who routinely do the kinds of jobs the folks there currently do.
