I think if PA is within 0.5% there is an automatic recount. Philadelphia would find the votes to give it to her. I’m writing it off.

yes, but vote totals for PA on news sites are higher than those vote counts, so why is that supposed PA gov site totals not as high?

I would think they get the info first before it’s reported to media outlets?
