FBI Director James B. Comey notified key members of Congress Sunday afternoon that after reviewing all of the newly discovered Hillary Clinton emails the agency stands by its original findings against recommending charges.
Comey wrote that investigators had worked “around the clock” to review all the emails found on a device used by former congressman Anthony Weiner that had been sent to or from Clinton and that “we have not changed our conclusions expressed in July.”

If so, how would they have gotten info from Loretta Lynche’s appointees in the Brooklyn FBI office. Who naturally would want the matter buried until after the election.
And if Comey concluded that there was no there there— how could the SAC NY office in conjunction with SACs in DC pressure him to reopen the investigation.
If they got a dime to drop. They thought they had her from the very first drop, but they weren’t expecting the unprecedented corruption in the media, FBI and DOJ.

in a fair and just country today would be a head fake and 6 am tommorrow they serve arrest and searh warrants on the clinton foundation players or other crimes...indictments that were/could have been obtained last week..but alas this is not a just and fair country, it is corrupt to the top banana republic.

In NYC court houses are full of leaks. And the computer was examined, first by NYPD IT Unit then by FBI NY IT Unit. USA ED was assigned the case by Lynch, through intermediaries but by her. What is on the computer is known by many. NYPD and Manhattan DA were likely told to stand aside with the threat of denial of Fed FBI DHS cooperation also DHS has cut back anti terror funds recently. Stand aside and the money is returned and probably Chuck Schumer gets to announce it.
Comey knows there is a there there, though not the fantastical tales of voodoo and white slavery. But he may be unwilling to go to the wall of a Constitutional Crisis. Can he keep his guys quiet? Maybe , maybe not. But how many of these guys want to be SAC in the Boise or Little Rock office. That is what I would tell them when I said to them Let it go.
Lastly dorry for the confusion. There is a USA for tge Eastrrn and Southrrn districts. Separate jurisdictions and staffs, but thrre is one office for the FBI in NYC to which all agents takevtheir day to day orders.

As someone told me recently people in this country are not equal under the law.

Just look at a sample of these or anyone’s emails. There’s no way to make an automated search tool do anything but a lame, superficial job that missing at least 90% of what they’re looking for. People express themselves in a myriad of ways. Words associated with crimes won’t appear in emails surrounding a crime. Just think for a moment. Crimes about money will include the words “money,” “cash,” “contribution” “quid pro quo,” “favor,” “Clinton Foundation,” “sexting,” “ Epstein,” “underage girls,” etc. It’ll all be in shorthand language with innuendos and most unsaid.
Things get inferred, because the sender and receiver already know each other and can understand far more subtle language. Things won’t have to be spelled out, since they’ve likely had phone or in person conversations prior to the emails and after the emails. Take a look at your own emails. Would someone be able to guess what key words to use to find emails on any topic?
I repeat. Any search that might have been done would have been a pitiful attempt. Reviewing the emails takes real time review by human eyes.

The Florida Supreme Court met in lightning speed whenever necessary after Election 2000 to deliver rulings in Gore’s favor.

I don’t think it matters what Comey says or doesn’t say. The danger to the FBI who are caught out by a Clinton Presidency is existential. If they don’t know that the democrats are making that clear.
