FBI Director James B. Comey notified key members of Congress Sunday afternoon that after reviewing all of the newly discovered Hillary Clinton emails the agency stands by its original findings against recommending charges.
Comey wrote that investigators had worked “around the clock” to review all the emails found on a device used by former congressman Anthony Weiner that had been sent to or from Clinton and that “we have not changed our conclusions expressed in July.”

I don’t understand why people expect the NYPD to do a thing. They did a search of the computer for one thing only - evidence of Anthony Weiner’s criminal conduct and communication with a minor for immoral purposes. They are not allowed to look any further than that.
They obviously became aware of a huge cache of emails and some of these appeared to be classified or could be classified so they notified the FBI. They are not supposed to look at them, copy them, distribute them, or anything else. That would constitute illegal possession of classified information and/or government documents. In theory, they would be charged if they did any of this and they would have been acting beyond the scope of their investigation. Their last name is not Clinton so all of you who think the NYPD can do something about this are going to be disappointed (again).
The only glimmer of hope is that a forensic clone or image of the computer exists so congress can subpoena that. Will see if they do anything with it, but I expect to be disappointed again.
Comey’s statement that there was a complete and thorough investigation is confusing considering everyone agrees there were no search warrants, no subpoenas, no grand jury, and little effort to interview the people who emailed the secret information in the first place. It would be impossible in the scheme that took place for there not to be more than one person guilty of a crime. The person who sent the email and the person who received it would both be guilty of the same thing.
This is a whitewash. One man is not the most hated person in America on the left and the right. The real tragedy is that he is not the person who created this mess. She is.

Yep. Donglalinger kept posting a graphic with a spinning counter, every time someone mentioned a possible indictment of Hillary. I was unaware of him by name, but after he started gloating on this thread, I checked his posting history. Many times, he attacked Assange and other public figures who were critical of Hillary.
Say hello to POTOS Clinton. I fear this nation doesn’t have the fortitude to overtake the corruption.

Sounds like you know something about the internal workings of the various agencies involved. That said nothing of this story on its face makes any sense. For example, why would Comey reopen email question in the last weeks of the campaign if his agents were not telling him there were some really damning stuff on them. After all the NYPD had the files in their possession for at least a month. So they knew something when they handed over copies to the FBI—that they must have passed on.

Ummm.... when Comey sent his letter to Congress in October, didn’t the FBI say they would NOT be able to review all these emails PRIOR to the election???? Do they now expect us to beleive they did?
BTW, now the dem on Fox Business is saying Comey is a “good man”. Flip, flop, flip, flop.

This is B.S. Comey showed his hand back in July and Obama changing a tune last week was a sign the fix was in. Plus the DoJ dedicated all avail resources to expedite this - nothing to see there either, righ. So transparent.
