Brooks said the less educated and non-college educated whites are going to vote for Donald Trump no matter what. He added, "people are just going with their gene pool."

"Basically, less educated or high school-educated whites are going to Trump," Brooks told host Judy Woodruff. "It doesn't matter what the guy does. And college-educated going to Clinton."

These arrogant fools better realize that it’s the red necks etc. that keep things working, their neighborhoods protected and this nation free. I vote we take our inferior selves, create a red neck nation and bid them farewell.

“David Brooks: Less Educated Will Vote For Trump, “Go With Their Gene Pool””

David is correct: I’m proof positive of the lesser-educated gene pool: I never got my PhD, just my MS and BS in Computer Science.

He added, "people are just going with their gene pool."

Now, here we have a racist person.

It is holding true among most of my circle.

I am white/blue collar depending on the activity.

The political discernment of truth is very hard to penetrate those beyond their 20’s.

People cannot accept that their belief system has been wrong their entire life, I don’t care what their level of .edu is.

This college educated white man is voting Trump.

Same here. I think they should split the college vote into "people who are snobs about their education" and "people who see education as a means to a certain career or enjoyment of learning."

I really don't think progressives should be snobs about education, because it isn't like political science or feminism are the most academically rigorous degree programs.

You are correct. Most liberals are very racist and consider minorities to need help understanding life.

Minorities on the other hand are seeing through this and many see the democrat plantation for what it represents.

David Brooks is the guy who made his decision on which presidential candidate to support based on the important qualification of Pants Crease (Obama 08).

In this “up-is-down” world “educated” means “indoctrinated.” The longer one is subjected to government induced education the more indoctrinated and by extension, the more ignorant one becomes.

David Brooks is a fairly successful brown-nosing courtier.

Unfortunately for him, metaphorically, it’s July 1789.

“People cannot accept that their belief system has been wrong their entire life, I don’t care what their level of .edu is.”

Well, I have an Engineering Degree, am 76 years old, and I can tell you that my “belief system” has been wrong my entire life because I have, until now, believed the GOPe lie. Talk about being a mushroom! No matter the outcome on Tuesday, I am forever changed. If Trump does not win, or he does and faces a GOPe “wall” in the Congress, I am going to leave the GOP forever. They are simply the one end of a big piece of $hit with the RATS on other end. That’s the real “belief system” under which we have been operating for the entirety of my life!

I’ve looked at the stats, and it’s clear a college education is a poor gauge to raise when talking about political astuteness.

When you get right down to it, income is another misnomer when looking at political astuteness. Why? Because folks that make the most money in this nation, generally have a higher education.

Book smarts is excellent in some ways. Street smarts and life skills smarts are excellent in others.

Right now the College educated highest wage earners are not able to discern that Hillary Clinton is a global threat to peace, and Western Civilization.

They are not able to grasp that she is most certainly a top level crime figure and has been for three decades that we know of.

They don’t care that her husband was a rapist, that they both committed acts that could be seen as treasonous.

I could go on and on.

Spare me the insults using education, income, and genes.

I’ll put my genes up against Brock’s any day of the week.

FReepers as a group have that guy literally destroyed when it comes to the required intelligence to make wise decisions. Their genes account for it in part.

They cared enough to seek out information and use it to make sound decisions also.

Brock sure can’t make that claim. If if he does, his genes certainly failed him.

Hey David, you gay blade!

What’s your highest level of education?

Republicans are well educated, self-reliant, self-starters, which is why so many are successful in business.

They’re not gov’t lacks, sucking at the gov’t teat or “journ-o-lists” pretending to “make a difference”.

We’re not confused about our gender or our political identity.....like you.

So I have my MBA and may be going for a 2nd Master’s degree and will be happily voting for Trump. Guess I am an idiot to this guy.

I can live with that.
