Yes, I must say I am thankful about the lack of mobility issue. One less thing I have to worry about. She can take the stair lift downstairs, but I don’t think she can walk far enough to get outside.

I think she understands that if she pushes her medical alert button, it might be the firefighters or police that come if I can’t make it. Hopefully she won’t ever try it.

Yep, I’d consider her lack of mobility a plus at this point. It makes things a little less dangerous for her. With it getting cold now, the last thing she needs to do is slip out and freeze to death. That almost happened to Hubby’s aunt and is why the alarms went on the doors.

This stuff sure does suck, doesn’t it? It’s hard watching them go downhill.
