There is no way he can have a press conference to clear her today, far too soon.
If he is coming out to speak, its going to be big.
Find it hard to believe though.
If HRC steals the election, losing their careers will be the least of their worries. They need to avoid Fort Marcy Park.

“Arrest warrants issued for Weiner/Abedine”
or “Investigation ongoing and won’t be complete before 21 JAN 17”.
or”I resign to spend time with my family”.
or
“Nothing can be done because DOJ won’t give us the tools”.

DOJ spokesman leans over the microphone again: The Director won't be able to address this issue. Ever. He was SOOOOO very depressed. The Attorney General announces that the Clinton Probe is very dead. Nothing bad was found. Go vote Hillary!
After short intro/bio of Steve Pieczenik, Pieczenik lays out what he claims to be an effort by patriots inside the FBI and other agencies to stop Clinton.
Why do I believe him? It squares with my speculation that the revolt by the lower and middle ranks in the FBI — THE FOLKS WHO HAVE SEEN THE EVIDENCE — against the politically compromised bosses at DOJ and the FBI led Comey to backpedal on his July failure to refer Clinton for prosecution. According to this, that patriotic outrage has spread to the military and other intel/security agencies.
Pray it IS TRUE and succeeds! Because after 4 years of the Clinton crime family and their inevitable PURGE of those agencies (as obozo has done at the Pentagon), this is almost certainly our last chance to stop them and save this country from the FULL banana republic status obozo has ALMOST achieved!

PS: WE ARE NOT THE “DEMOCRACY” most of the political hacks almost always tell you it is. While this system does, of necessity, possess democratic elements, the underlying system left us by the founders is that of a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC! If anyone reading that doesn’t understand that absolutely VITAL distinction, leave a comment and I’ll try to explain the difference.

Could be, but no one makes decisions that quick, so if he says this, it will come across as “Yes, Mr. and Mrs. Deplorable and all the ships at sea, the fix IS in.”
The problem for the Clinton campaign is that they have created a situation where no one knows who is stabbing who in the back or putting the fix in for whom or who is out to get whom.
Event are unfolding in a way that no outside observer can say “Yes, that’s an understandable progression of events. I can see what’s going on. I can understand why things are happening the way they are happening. It makes a reasonable degree of sense.”
None of it makes any sense at all, except to conclude “there are things going on in the shadows by unknown people for hidden reasons who wish their acts to remain secret”.
Remember the Moscow show trial where one of the victims didn’t follow the script. All were supposed to have been physically and psychologically worked over to the point where they would give nice neat public confessions.
One guy failed to follow the script, and publicly proclaimed his innocence.
That evening he got worked over some more. The next day he was back on script, and apologized for his claim of innocence, which he blamed on anti-Soviet thought processes.
If Comey backs down now, after what he did last week, that’s what it’s going to look like to a lot of folks.

It can’t be a big nothing burger because it would really make him look incompetent. If there was nothing to say he would let it ride.
And that leads me to my next point: there's really no way to charge any subset of Clinton's staff. They were all involved in unauthorized removal/retention of classified information in some way. If any one of them is deemed guilty, all are guilty.
Is he going to announce he is as queer as a three-dollar bill?
I honestly don’t think there has been enough time to get to the “Nothing to see here” announcement without a lot of people thinking its another cover up. At least that’s what I hope. Maybe I have too much faith in some people.
There is no reason for him to do that, especially not today, as would only enhance the cries of election interference.

Friday is actually good tactics.... A lot of Democrat early voting takes place over the weekend. Dem voter turnout is down by quite a bit in Florida... It helps keep people from committing to Hillary.
I won’t believe it until I see it.

I read the other day Comey was going to make some announcement today.
