Imagine if he clears or, or resigns and eludes to pressure from the Russians or Trump or some such nonsense. The left will eat this up, then when Hillary wins due to voter fraud when we complain and protest it will sound like we are nutz, vast right wing conspiracy stuff ... This could be her ticket out of this mess if she does it right, the media will play right along ...

I agree. I’d also say that he won’t further humiliate himself by saying things that prove to be wrong as additional facts are released.
I trust the American people, and am confident in the way Trump is moving; but I know that the Democrats are always up to no good, so we can’t rest, or let up.
If the W. Administration can ‘make a mistake’ about there being Weapons of Mass Destruction, then yes, Comey can take the easy way out and squeeze through that mousehole.
Of course, his resignation should soon follow, because his remaining credibility, already in a brittle state after events this June, will be shot completely to bits.
