Report: Indictment 'Likely' in FBI's Clinton Foundation Probe
thehill.com ^ | November 02, 2016

Two sources within the FBI told Fox News on Wednesday that the investigation of the Clinton Foundation is likely to lead to an indictment.

Fox News' Bret Baier said Wednesday that the FBI probe into a possible pay-to-play scheme between Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation has been going on for over a year.

Sources told the news network that the investigation, which is conducted by the White Collar Crime division of the FBI, is a "very high priority."

One source further stated that the bureau collected "a lot of" evidence, adding that "there is an avalanche of new information coming every day."

Baier also said that the Clinton Foundation probe is more expansive than previously thought, and that many individuals have been interviewed several times throughout the course of the investigation.

Sources said that they are "actively and aggressively pursuing this case" and that investigations are likely to continue.

Baier added that when he pressed the sources about the details of both probes, they told him that they are likely to lead to an indictment.

Additionally, Baier reported that according to Fox News' sources, Clinton's private email server had been breached by at least five foreign intelligence hackers. FBI Director James Comey said in July that he could not say definitively whether her server had been breached.

One more requirement. 3/4 of her and Bill’s wealth be turned over to women and children’s advocacy groups. You know, since they are so dear to her heart.

They won’t move outside of the country....zero chance.

On the money? I have no doubt about this money existing. But at this point, if the FBI is really looking at her....they’ve taken up the topic of how she or the Clinton Foundation got paid. I’m guessing that some people have admitted some things and given them a idea where to look.

This might be the special piece to conclude the whole process. If you show a money link, and some email that you had to accomplish A and B....that’s a pain for her lawyer to disprove. She’s stuck, in my humble opinion. Between WikiLeaks, Wiener, and the Clinton Foundation...there is no way to avoid the problems coming up.

An addition to the hypothetical......a relinquishment of all tainted money received by the Clinton Family Crime Foundation.

Reliquishment, my Aunt Tilly.

The Clintons used classified/top secret State Dept info belonging to taxpayers to get rich.

Americans DEMAND reparations.

Hopefully this is a NY jurisdiction where Pree Ferrara (sp?) can prosecute. He has done a great job prosecuting criminal politicians.

Hillary will not be indicted regardless of the election. Either way, she and everyone involved will be pardoned. I always thought that was what Comey was alluding to when he said back in July that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring the case”. He knew that regardless of evidence that it would go no where.

Terrible development for Crooked Hillary to have this to appear in The Hill. Worse than last week’s FBI announcement.

I think that's why the FBI released the Marc Rich pardon records as well. It was a warning to Obama that nobody can pardon him.

Question:

The president can pardon any Federal Crime. Can the president pardon for state crimes? If not, there will be plenty of criminal acts to prosecute the crime family with.

I am afraid that obama will pardon her and she will skate. Bill could be pardoned too. I'll be happy if she will not be elected but I want her prosecuted too.

“”Hopefully this is a NY jurisdiction where Pree Ferrara (sp?) can prosecute. He has done a great job prosecuting criminal politicians.””

I have the same problem. I’ve been trying to remember his name for weeks now. There is a freeper who months ago said he is working on - ??? — I don’t recall what it was. Also that he is a go getter and would get the job done. I hate to say it but everyone said the same thing about Comey. I hope they aren’t wrong about this guy and I hope some freeper comes up with his name!!!

GOT IT - Preetinder Singh “Preet” Bharara

Now let’s all write it down so we don’t forget it!!! Can’t say that everything that pops up in searches about him gives me that much confidence!!

If you are right and Trump offers her a pardon, then he’s not the man I think he is. We need to clean up the corruption, not sweep it under the rug.

How about add 30 years of community service to be performed in Chicago shelters, feeding the poor/drunks.

Pardon power is not unlimited and there is a recognized procedure to obtain a pardon

Established procedure is that the person is first convicted of the crime.

Unless there is clear evidence of innocence and wrongful conviction ,the person then needs to take responsibility and show remorse.

The person then needs to petition for the pardon and have it granted.

Anything else and it comes down what the public is willing to accept.

A Presidential pardon by a corrupt and criminal president pardoning other members of of his corrupt and criminal administration who were corrupt and criminal in the execution of their government jobs in order to prevent prosecution is not going to be something that has wide popularity and could easily be overturned.

Also, there is no pardon for treason and much of Hillary and her inner circle's crimes rise to the level of treason, especially if the President is a participant in that treason

Glad you took that question as I would have just given my best guess.

In looking at the link closer that I posted here, it doesn’t do a lot to make me confident that what they are doing in Dallas is what we’d like to see done... That investigation is about “TAX STATUS” of the foundation. It doesn’t seem to be what Bret Baier was talking to Brit Hume about....

We are going right back to the CLINTON CHRONICLES days that laid out from A to Z all their crimes to the date of the published material - from his draft dodging etc. They make sure they muddy the water sufficiently enough that no one is able to get to the bottom of it. THAT’s what the freeper meant months ago when he said the US Attorney for the Southern District of NY would unsnaggle it!!!!

I can’t believe that I am spending as much time on this crap of theirs as I did in the nineties!! STUPID! I gave away every single book about them when we moved from CA never thinking we would be revisiting the actions of these crooks again!

I would suggest you become familiar with the case of Pres. Andrew Johnson and Alexander Garland.

It is amazing. Even more amazing is the sheer number of them that go nameless. A few big names pop up periodicaly, but they are still wealthy crooks. Jamie Gorelick, to pick one at random.

Too bad we can't burn the swamp ;-)

Overturned by whom????? Where would action come from to overturn it? I don’t see the current DOJ doing anything to help the country. Isn’t that a fine kettle of fish? And we thought Holder and Reno were bad! How do we get rid of Lynch?

Good grief - we wouldn’t want the office of AG to become improperly politicized, would we? Perish the thought!
