Question:
The president can pardon any Federal Crime. Can the president pardon for state crimes? If not, there will be plenty of criminal acts to prosecute the crime family with.
Nope.
Established procedure is that the person is first convicted of the crime.
Unless there is clear evidence of innocence and wrongful conviction ,the person then needs to take responsibility and show remorse.
The person then needs to petition for the pardon and have it granted.
Anything else and it comes down what the public is willing to accept.
A Presidential pardon by a corrupt and criminal president pardoning other members of of his corrupt and criminal administration who were corrupt and criminal in the execution of their government jobs in order to prevent prosecution is not going to be something that has wide popularity and could easily be overturned.
Also,there is no pardon for treason and much of Hillary and her inner circle's crimes rise to the level of treason, especially if the President is a participant in that treason
