Napolitano said this AM that these women did not get immunity as it never went to a grand jury hearing. They got a ‘promise’ but that was subject to nothing changing and things have changed :)

They’d better not indict some nobody in the mail room. You've gotta understand how they pursue major players in a case like this.If there's some small fry in the mail room who,by chance,has important evidence against someone higher up on the food chain you first indict that person.Then you offer them immunity...or an easier ride...if they'll flip.
