Federal law not only prohibits misappropriating valuable confidential information, it also makes it a crime for anyone to knowingly receive such misappropriated information. A violation of the law carries a sentence of up to 10 years in Federal prison and a $5,000,000 fine, Sukhia said.

This isn't Brazile's first dirty rodeo. Twenty eight years ago back in October, 1988 she was forced out of the Dukakis campaign for her slimy democrat ethics.

I'll go one step further and call it industrial espionage of CNN's intellectual property, that is, debate questions from a news organization in advance of the event. It damages the value of the questions and CNN's competitive advantage to have their IP taken before its intended public consumption.
Studies show that the biggest cybersecurity and IP threat comes from employees, not hackers, because employees feel an entitlement to the IP.

Don’t you see? You’re committing a federal crime just by reading Wikileaks. Ask CNN. They’ll tell ya.

More than likely a CNN producer simply passed the questions to Donna Brazille and assumed that she’d pass them onto the Clinton campaign. CNN is clearly in the tank for Hillary.

What about Federal rules pertaining to the media when broadcasting the election candidates, wgre they have to do certain things, like providing equal air time, and possibly other regulations. It affected the quality of the candidates during the time of the broadcasted event. I wonder if their is a section where if she acted as an agent of the media outlet and it happened to violate those rules, CNN gets a fine or an FCC license is in jeopardy?

I don’t give a rat’s behind about Donna Brazile. Why isn’t anyone asking Clinton why she was so willing to cheat?

Is there a Clinton operative anywhere who hasn’t broken a federal law?

As long as swamper Jeff Dopey Sessions is AG, we may as well ignore all stories of Clinton Cabal lawbreaking. He'll never lift a finger to go after them, and he will not retire, so that a real AG can take his place.
