Whoa. According to CNN contributor Hugh Hewitt, (no friend of Donald Trump) the Obama Justice Department denied the FBI’s request for a grand jury pertaining to an investigation into the Clinton Foundation:
Might this be why Barack Obama was playing so nice with FBI Director James Comey today, declaring Comey wasn’t doing anything wrong in updating Congress on new evidence pertaining to the ongoing Clinton investigation despite other Democrats crying foul at that update coming so close to Election Day?
Certainly the Obama White House would have had input into the DOJ’s decision to shut down the FBI’s grand jury request, thus adding yet another significant layer of government collusion into what is already a sordid, (even by Clinton standards) mess of backroom political dealing.

If the everyday American’s knew this, they would be screaming for a special prosecutor. Trump should emphasize how he will do exactly that.
The many investigations into Hillary and friends has been hamstrung from the start. Those investigators must be seething.

If Trump is elected, Obama may very well issue pardons to all his staff.

I think Ford's precedent setting pardon of Nixon, before he had been found guilty of anything, opened this can of worms where government can pardon itself ahead of time for any potential wrong doing. I do not think the founders had this abuse of power in mind when they included this power in Art II, Section 2.
If they did, then the Congress must immediately impeach any government entities they wish to insulate from the president's pardoning power.

Looks like the DOJ has opted to vie for “who’s the most corrupt” between them and the FBI.....Lynch not only has cankles but ham hocks too...she built her fat butt via affirmative actions instead of working her tail off for success.
The federal prosecutors all report to Lynch. She can order them not to.

obama has had his hands into everything that goes on around there... he lets the world collide but he knows every gossip piece and everything else that is going on... and he particularly has kept an eye on hillary... she is the one who would be the next president and she is the one he has to be wary of, for he surely has had her pegged for a time... there is nothing hillary has done or been in that obama is not aware. ... he makes it his business to know, so he can use it for his advantage.

Obama is partly a product of the Clinton crime family in that he allowed them to use him as he was using them to get where he is. But he has ambitions to have his own organized crime cartel, modelled on the Clinton structure. He needs two opposing things. He needs the Clinton machine gone as competition and he needs their operation not brought into the light of day as it would shine too much light on his operation as well. It is fascinating to watch how the Chi-town bolsheviks juggle their relationship with the Arkansas gangsters. One hopes that Trump will set up a special commission with broad remit to smoke out the whole rotten, stinking crowd of opportunists, grifters, chancers, thieves, murderers, rentseekers, fraudsters - in both parties.

I think “Rev.” Jackson and “Rev.” Sharpton are the black equivalents of the GOP-e in a sense. The GOP-e doesn’t like to govern; it really wants to be forever in the whiny opposition. They can sit back and blame the democrats for everything going wrong, but don’t want to actually govern themselves. The “Reverends” don’t really want democrats in power either. They don’t want to end “racism” in America (in fact they foment much of it). They need Republicans in power so they can cry “Racism!” and play their shakedown game.
Oddly enough, I think they want a Trump presidency as they see an opportunity to line their pockets by perpetually playing the race card.
