Oh, I got my Masters degree in the interim. And I was right about Minor V. Happersett, I have held the the actual SCOTUS published Register in my hands, at the U of O. I used to study in the Law Library. I perused many SCOTUS volumes as I had access as a grad student.

One thing I remember is the long threads we had with hundreds even thousands of posts..now it seems there are a dozen different threads and questions and posts have to be repeated a dozen times. I don’t know how to get it organized..
for example a lot of younger people never heard about Nixon’s pardon, they don’t know how indictments and search warrants work, the Constituion, elections etc...its like a bad dartboard with points everywhere instead of concentrated on the bullseye. If people would stop and google their questions before posting it might cut down on the distractions.

I think we are assuming that the NYC investigators who originally found the “pertinent” emails, downloaded copies of the 650,000 emails prior to notifying FBI. I don’t know if that is legal, but the thinking is it was their investigation into Weiner’s pedophile crime so whatever they find is their jurisdiction. Now if there is a bunch of classified stuff on their, don’t know how that works for the NYC cops to have them.
But my understanding is, it is too late to be deleting emails now since people outside DOJ/FBI have a copy.
If I am totally wrong on that assumption, I am sure someone will correct me.
A blanket pardon? Only when she loses. He will not even consider smearing himself with a pardon if she wins. She would have to pardon herself, and she would, and we would have a constitutional crisis from which there would be no end.

Ans: It appears they didn’t find one that was intentionally mishandled.
Do you really believe there’s nothing in those emails that won’t point to Hillary’s complicity in one or more sordid acts of treason, or that will prove she’s been enriching herself and her cronies to the tune of billions of dollars?
Ans: Comey’s announcement leads me to believe that they aren’t able to find the evidence you think exists. That’s not to say that there’s plenty of evidence, the FBI just seems to not find it.

Whatever Trump said about Comey isn’t remotely on anyone’s mind. Hell you are actually assuming LIVs have that on file, so the stupid “he took the bait” cliche is just you over-thinking looking for that political thriller plot angle.
If this was a big old plan to “bait” Trump, they would have done this last Wednesday, giving her 7 days to mitigate all of the damage done.
Not 24 damn hours where tons of people have already voted, and the late deciders have already decided.
People have assumed that she should have been charged months ago in multiple polls.
