A fight over getting a warrant, with DOJ refusing and the FBI asking, would be a whole new body-blow to the Clinton campaign.

No matter what merits DOJ would have, and frankly I can't see any, this would look like there is something to hide to almost every one in the country except the most rabid Clinton supporters/Insanely outraged Trump-haters*.

There twists and turns trying to defend her are digging their grave ever deeper, but they're to caught up in the moment to realize. Stupid morons...

Warrants come from a judge, and FBI can ask the judge directly.

I'm watching CNN, to catch Kellyanne. Tapper opens with a summary of the Comey drop. Podesta up first ...

I see Kellyanne will be at the later part of ABC. Not sure when she appears on CNN.

Podesta is going to give the standard response, unprecedented, against DoJ advice, long on innuendo, short on facts, call on Comey to say more, no allegation of wrongdoing, may not be about Crooked at all.

The air is thick with the stench of HRC’s criminal enterprise. Smells delicious!

Any enterprising member of the FBI ought to hand walk a request to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Revenge is a dish best served cold.
