I see Kellyanne will be at the later part of ABC. Not sure when she appears on CNN.

Podesta is going to give the standard response, unprecedented, against DoJ advice, long on innuendo, short on facts, call on Comey to say more, no allegation of wrongdoing, may not be about Crooked at all.

Well, correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought a DOJ prosecutor had to ask for the warrant, not the FBI agent.

At least that’s what other FReepers were saying on the “DOJ versus FBI wants a warrant” threads last night.
