Breaking news--FNC reporting that Weiner is cooperating with the FBI in his pedophile perv investigation. They are tying to push that as a result, another warrant is not necessary.

Not sure this is correct. A separate warrant should be necessary to view the documents for a different investigation focus.

In the first case, the items are covered under the doctrine of plain view and no additional warrant is required. In the second case, the case law is a little less clear. There is no definitive ruling by the Supreme Court and there is some conflict in the circuits. In most -- but not all -- circuits, the whole computer is regarded as one container and plain view again obtains. (You were looking for X under the warrant in the container, and could not help but notice Y.) But it would certainly be better to get a new warrant, just in case.

It's telling that Wallace opened the day saying they would spend the entire show "boring into the latest Hillary email scandal" yet most of his questions to the first speaker, Pence, were negative items about Trump. Pence brilliantly pivoted them into positive statements about Trump's agenda.

This is really about the CF. Huma Abedin was an employee of Teneo, the CF, and the State Department at the same time. The Wikileaks disclosure of the 12 page Doug Band memo on the intersection of Teneo, the CF, and Bill Clinton's for profit business is the smoking gun of all smoking guns.

The information on Weiner's computer probably contained plenty of emails on the details of how the activities of the Teneo, and the State Department were coordinated to enrich the CF and the personal bank accounts of the Clintons. Forget the classified emails. This is a bigger scandal.
