Double-edged sword there for Barky. If he does it, she CANNOT be prosecuted for any federal crimes (assuming it is a blanket pardon, and it’d pretty much HAVE to be). That means that she MUST cough up ALL evidence or risk jail time...and that evidence would implicate Barky.

Of course, if she’s about to be charged, I think that she’ll sing like a bird and implicate dozens or hundreds of people, just to escape prison...and that’d screw over Barky, too.
