1. Shillary represented a guy who destroyed a young girl’s life and Shillary thought it was funny.

I would think so but I don’t know for sure. But my guess is if it’s not a spousal conspiracy, then the privileged is enforceable for both. If spouse A commits crime X and spouse B commits crime Y, and neither helped or assented with the other on either crime, you don’t have conspiracy and I would think the privilege would hold.

Where in the Constitution do you find anything about “tickets”, “running for President”, or “Presidential elections”?
The 50 State Legislatures are responsible for designating Electors for President and Vice President. (Since 1960, when Amendment XXIII was ratified, Congress also chooses 3 electors). I presume that, prior to December 16, when the President and Vice President are elected by the Electoral College, that State Legislatures will do their duty.
There is no need to have a “Presidential election”, and perhaps, the year, we won’t.
I am truly wondering if Comey is being threatened by underlings who are willing to come forward, risk losing their jobs, to show that the fix was in. Comey is now deciding that he won’t risk his retirement or possible prison himself. Sad, but very likely.

Comey is wealthy so losing his retirement should not be a concern. Malfeasance is another matter. Proven or not, he has a lot of explaining to do for steering the Clinton email scandal away from prosecution.
