Geez, man. Did you forget what we witnessed in the primary? Trump consistently had the biggest rally crowds AND drew the most votes. Trump wound up pulling the highest number of primary votes in Republican party history. He now also holds the all time record for small donor contributions, which is another strong barometer of voter support.

Rallies are a bigger indicator than polls. Whereas people have to get off their ass to attend a rally. If you’ve ever been to a rally the traffic is bad, the line and waiting are long, it’s not an easy thing to do. people only have to pick up the phone call for a poll.
