‘We actually have laws and courts and an independent judiciary.’

Which is exactly how he’s going to do it.

Assuming Obama will pardon her, is there a way to overturn that?

I’ve been thinking about this a couple days... TRUMP should announce that if he wins he will give Hillary a full pardon.

This will accomplish several things...

makes Trump look like the alpha and her lesser than he
reassures fence voters that she will not be persecuted
make it look like he is putting the country ahead of politics
helps him with women voters.

Have to bring charges before Obama issues a
pardon. They have nothing on her for now.

No, the power of a pardon is absolute. Only if the pardon was somehow declared void by the Supreme Court or if it was narrowly written such that a crime was not covered could there be a trial. A Pardon is truly a "get out of jail free" card.

It has only been shown that a pardon works when someone has been convicted already.

I think President Ford “pre-pardoned” Nixon as Nixon left office, but nothing came of it.

“Pre-pardoning” is not likely legal. Wouldn't it be great for any corrupt person to be pardoned for all future bad they wish to do or for all unknown stuff in the past? I just can't see that being constitutional.

There’s probably enough there to make a charge of treason stick (adhering to an enemy in time of war, giving them aid and confort).
