You can bet Obama and democrats are behind this. All this talk of Russian hackers, and trying to link Trump to Putin is part of their attempt to provide cover when Hillary loses the election. They will claim the Russians hacked voter machines and stole the election for Trump; therefore, the election must be annulled, and Obama must remain until things are sorted out. Of course that sorting out will lead to a Hillary victory.

It could be an internal split like when Anonymous went from going after child porn users (whom almost everyone supports going after) to trying to get real financial data on businesses and some political causes (which some of the libertarians in the group didn’t want to get into).
End result - some of the Wikileaks hackers who were pro-Bernie and wanted to hurt Clinton or get the truth out are now countering its help for Trump because they are still seriously anti-Trump.
So pro-truth, but still supporting fascist liberalism because they are still devout liberals.
