If she loses, it will become unmanageable within a year.
If she wins, it might be somehow managed for up to two years, after which the 2018 election backlash will so affect her as to make it unmanageable—but it will never be admitted as such by her, the government, or the MSM, until either she dies or well after her term of office ends.
