Donald Trump promised to sue every single woman who accused him of sexual misconduct after the election is over, and blamed the media for using the allegations to attack his campaign.
"Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign, total fabrication. The events never happened, never," he said during a rally in Gettysburg, Pa., on Saturday.

“I was hoping that Trump would have more important things to do after the election.”
Lord willing, he will. The lawsuits would be prosecuted by his personal attorneys as is usually the case.
It doesn’t take much time. It’s not like he’s going to represent himself in court. He just gives the green light and his people get to work.
I suspect this was just as much a warning to anyone else thinking of coming forward with another $ raising fake story...and that’s fine.
Trump’s smart.
Let it be known, right now, that he’ll be suing these women after the election. These women know Hillary’s not going to provide cover after the election. One or more, in order to sidestep a trial against a BILLIONAIRE, may just offer up information to Trump RE the false accusations...the HRC campaign instigator/contact person, etc.
This could very well be a fishing expedition. Hope he catches a big one.
Actually, it would be great to see a couple of them come forward, apologize, and spill the goods in the next few days.
Since the charge against the women will likely be "Slander", Trump will be the Plaintiff and it's going to be up to the Defendants to prove he did what he did.
Keep in mind that you almost never hear of cases such as this because of the legal costs involved and the insignificant importance of the parties.
But Trump is neither insignificant nor poor; he has the money and he has his own legal team. I don't think Gloria Allred saw this coming and has bitten off more than she can chew.
Don’t you worry your little heart. Trump can multitask. Or just one of his children to take on that task.
He does, that's why he EMPLOYS lawyers rather than rent them.......
Good point.

“Hes not going to sue his accusers because hes a public figure UNLESS he can show that deliberate lies were published with MALICE, then he has a case.”
Anyone can sue anyone else at any time for practically anything, whether they have a case or not. Just because Trump might not win due to a technicality, he potentially could create havoc for this accusers and at least cause the truth to come out, and certainly part of that would be attempting to prove malice.
“Actual malice” in defamation law has nothing to do with ill will. It is defined as publishing something (other than parody) that one knows is false, or publishing with reckless disregard for the truthfulness of the publication. “Reckless” is a jury question.
Technically, if it’s a frivolous suit, you could be in trouble, but I don’t think that is what this is.
The big issues for these women is paying the costs of a lawyer and some unwanted disclosures about their personal lives.
I don’t know I’d think Trump would have the best lawyers in the world advising him here. Wasn’t there stuff published about him?
Here is how the AP is spinning it (excerpt):
OFF HIS MESSAGE AGAIN: TRUMP VOWS TO SUE ALL FEMALE ACCUSERS
GETTYSBURG, Pa. (AP) - Steering his campaign toward controversy yet again, Donald Trump vowed Saturday to sue every woman who has accused him of sexual assault or other inappropriate behavior. He called them “liars” whose allegations he blamed Democrats for orchestrating. Trump’s blunt threat of legal action eclipsed his planned focus on serious-minded policy during a speech in Gettysburg. Though his campaign had billed the speech as a chance for Trump to lay out a to-do list for his first 100 days as president, he seemed unable to restrain himself from re-litigating grievances with Hillary Clinton, the media and especially the women who have come forward in recent day.
If what these women said has even an ounce of truth to this, they're horrible role models. They didn't report it, they didn't say to him they were offended. They aren't believable, not at all.
“Seeing her go home in a barrel, is a gruesome thought.”
Gee, thanks.
Now I’m going to have nightmares about that this weekend.
Gruesome indeed.
How is publishing something (other than parody) that one knows is false, or publishing with reckless disregard for the truthfulness of the publication, not ill will? The very definition of malice, in defamation law as well as elsewhere, is ill will, including reckless disregard.
I think there is a chance that money exchanged hands on a few of them and if that is the case he can sue and win if he proves it.
