“I know who’s running on the left. I know who’s running on the right. Good guys,” Piscopo said last November. “I shouldn’t be saying this, but I’m going to tell you anyway: We think we could beat them.”
While the Observer cites sources saying Piscopo, now a radio host, would run as a Republican, last year he expressed frustration with both political parties.
“I left the party because the Democrats are totally messing it up,” he said at the time. “But listen, the Republicans are no better, don’t get me wrong,” he said, adding he might “go in as an independent.”

I always thought Piscopo and Murphy could have been a great comedy team if they wanted to do movies together, they seemed to have real good chemistry together.

Piscopo is apparently supporting Trump. Contrast that with weasely backstabber Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli (an “alleged” Conservative) who has insulted Trump from the start, moved to support him and then ran for the hills when that nothingburger tape from 11 years ago was dropped by the RINOs as a last ditch effort to put up a ringer for Hillary.
If Joe Piscopo can stand up as boldly as Trump, he deserves our support and send cowards like Jack Ciattarelli back home to hide in a closet.
