This is how it is. Hillary bought the DNC nomination, and she no doubt paid off the moderators to get the questions in advance. This is who she is. She has never ever done anything honestly.
One has to ask Donald,
1) Why did you keep going to those rigged sessions and
2) Why didn’t you use your influence to get a truly impartial setting and have an ACTUAL debate with Hilary.
I don’t know that Trump’s tweet is specifically claiming that she had answers last night.
WikiLeaks has already proven that she had them in prior debates.

No, he was referring to the Wikileaks revelation that Donna Brazil gave Clinton one or more of the questions before one of her debates with Sanders.
I also believe that she had the questions beforehand last night, because her responses are too well rehearsed. The only two that caught her off guard is the ones about the pay for play in the Clinton Foundation, and the “open borders” comment during one of her paid speeches.
That would make a very short book all right.
He brought this up during today’s rally and I definitely got the impression that he was not referring to last night.
He was talking about the questions that Hilary got from Donna Brazile at the Sanders Debates.
He mentioned the Megyn interview of her last night. Geez.
Could only watch a couple of minutes of the “debate,” but it sure looked like the witch was constantly glancing down and queuing or reading during her responses.....

Her supposed “closing statement” which closing statement was supposedly “sprung” on both nominees, came out well rehearsed, as did most of her answers. How is she avoiding prosecution for all the criminal activity she is involved in and being freely disclosed?

That is my impression too.
Trump made some noise about the debates and moderators but as it turned out, "They were agreed upon by bi-partisan consensus" which is politics speak for, "the Repubs who dickered for the settings were also in the tank for Hillary".
