Heads up if you are planing to attend the Donald Trump rally in Delaware on Thursday.
The starting time of the event at the Delaware County Fairgrounds has been moved up to noon, when Trump is expected to begin his remarks, his campaign said this afternoon.
The event, Trump’s first scheduled public appearance after his final presidential debate tonight with Hillary Clinton, originally was announced with a 12:30 p.m. start time.

Trump made clear he reserves the right to legally challenge the election if there is fraud.
Trump is ahead of the curve. Always.
