Trump came to Grand Junction today. He gave a rousing campaign speech to several thousand Grand Junction citizens gathered at the West Star aviation hangar at Grand Junction regional airport.
We showed up at about 1pm. The lines meandered around several blocks. According to organizers, there were 7000 registered for the event. Eventually, they had to shut the gates and turned several hundred away.
Out on the tarmac, we watched up close as Trump Force One landed, and our next President emerged.
Inside the hangar, Trump reaffirmed his commitment to building a wall, bringing jobs back, and halting immigration from terrorist nations. He also dug into the media for supporting Hitlery through this campaign.
It was a gorgeous fall Colorado day. Couldn't have been more perfect weather.
Once again, this deplorable voter had a blast! Trump! Trump! Trump!
Hey Red Boots, thanks for posting that. Nice to be there at least second hand. My sister et al. are there - be sure to look for them ;)
I'd like to see him campaign in Boulder and directly ask for Bernie supporters to vote for him. I think he can make a case that despite policy differences, at least he is an American, and when he leaves office, American citizens will still have a voice. If Hillary gets elected, our sovereignty will be given to unelected bureaucracies imposed by treaty, and no one's votes will matter anymore. She will institutionalize the corruption so badly that no reformer will ever win again. There will never be another Bernie to vote for.
How you should interpret that is that O'Reilly is saying, "The debate is our last chance to cripple Trump before the election."
The line- you were closer to the front, I think, but it snaked back at least a mile, and doubled back on itself for about half that. It took an hour to get through it and we never even made it into the hangar- just waited with a huge crowd on the outside. I've attended other campaign rallys there and this was twice the size of the largest I can remember.
For those who don't know the geography of where Grand Junction is, it is a city on the western edge of Colorado, only a few miles from the Utah border. It has a population of about 150,000 in the city and surrounding area. Grand Junction is kind of an oasis, as outside of the city, it is surrounded by state and federal lands for about 100 miles at least in almost any direction. Other than the city itself, and Delta 50 miles away, there are no other places to draw this crowd from.
Great pics! Was just like being there!
Saw the rally on
youtube and the weather looked great.
Great report! Thank you.
Amen
Who is the one anointed for the task?
"common grace"
God's trumpet!!!
Thanks dware for the great pics and report!!
“It amazes me that man who who is supposed to be intelligent has unblinking acceptance of the polls.”
This morning Hannity said “we have to believe the polls, because they’re all we have” (or words to that effect).
