Senate Democrats pulled their last chunk of remaining ad reservations in Florida on Monday night, leaving Rep. Patrick Murphy on his own in his race against Sen. Marco Rubio.
Senate Majority PAC [DEM PAC] also pulled $6 million in remaining ads this month after spending about $3 million on the race.
I also hope this is good news for Trump.
Getting back to reality, a light turnout from the DEMs in this Senate seat race may help Trump. But the DEMs generally seem to be more engaged in presidential elections than during the mid-terms, so who knows.
Deck chairs - Titanic - you know what................
I wish the landslide people were correct, but I don’t see that...
But I do think Trump has Iowa and Ohio locked down.
If he wins North Carolina, Florida and PA, he is President.
I think he wins North Carolina by a slightly bigger margin than Romney won the state.
I think he wins Florida in a squeaker. [If Florida is super close, the results may not be known for several days. Each absentee ballot signature must be inspected against registration forms in every county. Read that some counties have some automated/mechanical process for that while other counties manually look up each signature.]
PA is then KEY. Right now, I’m banking on decreased AA turnout in Philly and Pittsburgh, similar to the decrease in AA absentee ballot requests we are seeing in Cleveland and Columbus, OH. Plus heavy support from working class people across the state, including many DEMs.
All told, about 280 electoral votes for Trump to 258 for Clinton.
It would be hard to prove, but I'm guessing Rubio is getting more coattails than Trump than the other way around. Probably the same in many of the Senate races, except for McCain, to whom many good Trump voters will send a message.
The fact is that most voters don't split their ticket, so if Rubio is ahead, likely Trump is also.
I know that spoils your day.
I think it is going to be a landslide, but I will take a win.
Most people don't split their ticket.
So they don’t have confidence Cankles can make it close. Guess she isn’t doing well there.
Nevada is interesting right now.
Recent polls show Heck underperforming Trump. Heck may have made a yuuuge mistake in withdrawing support from Trump.
IF and this is a big IF Rubio is smart he will find a way to help Trump because 1 of 4 Trump voters - myself and friends and family included - will NOT vote for any Republican unless we get a cue from Trump. That’s 25%!!! Wow does lil paulie know that? Yes he does which is why he has shut up.
So they don’t have confidence Cankles can make it close. Guess she isn’t doing well there.
Joe Heck made his first serious mistake in not siding with the citizens and the rule of law.
Americans do not want amnesty for illegal aliens.
His second mistake was withdrawing support from Trump.
It’s the first that will cost him the seat.
But, but....but......we have been told that hillary has this thing already won and it will be a landslide for her and will win in states that no democrat has won in years. The MSM have said so.
This can’t be happening. The race is already over. / massive SARC
I thought they did this a long time ago. Murphy is being abandoned.
I don't know what this is talking about but your right I heard it before and it certainly doesn't seem true at all.
I'm in the Tampa media market and I can assure that spending for Murphy & Clinton is massive. I just heard a piece ion the news that Clinton is spending a boat load more to help him. Lots of complicating news. Heard this on Bay News Nine, which is a local Bright House news channel. After everything I've seen from WikiLeaks & Veritas I'm not even sure we don't all live in a Potemkin Village on a national scale.
That’s interesting, because the ads I’m seeing show his opponent using his previous support of Trump (lukewarm though it may have been) against him. In fact that’s about the only anti-Heck ad I’ve seen, other than the standard “he wants to gamble your social security on the stock market and throw granny off the cliff” stuff.
Hey murphy
Your rich pappy cant buy this one for you a hole.
Do you really think the DSCC would pull their money from the Senate race if Clinton had any sort of chance in FL at all? I would guess that if they saw her as having a fair chance, they would leave their money in to help with the Senat and presidential race.
