Glenn Beck’s website The Blaze is coming apart, suffering from a lack of editorial direction, staff attrition and internal discord, according to sources inside the news outlet.
The site, which Beck launched in 2010 to serve as the conservative counterpart to The Huffington Post, has dropped from 25 employees on its editorial side to just six. A source inside The Blaze, who requested anonymity for fear of retribution, told HuffPost that the mood among the rapidly diminishing news team is somber.
“The few people who are still left are looking for an exit because they know The Blaze is over,” the source said. “They haven’t told us straight up that they’re done with us, but all the signs point to it, and they’re not replacing people who are laid off or get out.”

There was a (fake?) CFI accounts payable list, posted earlier, that showed Beck receiving $$$ for “Voter Suppression”. Bill Kristol was listed, as well. Maybe just a funny.
Good comments. I wasn’t tuned in to him that much, but I think your comments make sense. From what I’ve seen, that seems to cover it pretty well.
He lost me several years ago for a number of reasons:
1) His on air staff would interrupt discussion to laugh at inside joke;
2) His inability to complete one sentence (or complete thought) before switching to another as if we had heard the completion of the first;
3) His new improved George Washington biography;
4) His T.R. was a ‘progressive’ in 1912, and progressive in 2014 = Liberal = abortion and gay marriage = therefore we have abortion and gay marriage because T.R. ran as a progressive in 1912 (even though he lost).
Richly deserved it would seem

There is a revolution going on right here right now and he is uniquely positioned to watch it unfold and to tell a loyal audience all about it.
Unfortunately ironic that he has chosen so poorly so close to such a major, life altering win, only to find himself on the wrong side of both history and the bottom line.

Yep. You nailed it. Glenn P.T. Barnum Beck. I got tired of falling for his drama long ago, and he's been noticeably going off the deep end for a while. I hope his co-hosts and people who stuck by him land on their feet. I don't know why they've stuck around this long.

Ditto that. The Irony IMHO? Like Trump, he hired the best (except for his parrots in the booth with him, good G-D they have gotten annoying over the years) but like you said the organization and or his micro management did him in. That was 2 hires away from success, an organization manager and general manager to run the place and let Glenn be the creative Glenn.
I had a team leader who use to say to me "taildragger, take the ball and run, run, run!" My guess is Glenn was trying to tell everyone where and how to run and changing that game plan on the fly....
