They would be replaced with people who will not disagree, will not leak this sort of information, and will be politically reliable.

I respectfully disagree.
If all the people who think Hitlery should be in jail were to resign, that would leave the FBI being completely gutted of moral individuals and it would be 100% run by those who are corrupt.
We need the honest people to stay in their jobs, gather data, keep us informed, and get ready to take over after Trump is elected and cleans house. Trump needs to purge the FBI and all federal agencies of the corrupt people who are currently pulling the strings.
