The top two pictures are not the same rally. One has a green-frame scissor lift for camera, photo use, the other has a telescoping crane with a basket, for the same purpose. Plenty of other differences. Presence of a tent in one, big "VOTE OHIO" lettering.

Further study - could be same rally. The "tent" is in both, or could be. The VOTE OHIO thing could be erected in half a minute, as could the big flag. Even the photo with the larger looking crowd is no 18,000.

Every presidential campaign they sell masks of each of the 2 major candidates and keep track of how many of each are sold. IIRC there was some relation between the # sold and who won the presidency.
