Ridiculous. This was a classic media hit job. Most likely NBC leaked it. They did it in such a way that they had plausible deniability. But it fits the mold of a media October Surprise precisely. If the GOPe had access to the tape they would have leaked it during the primary. The media wanted to wait until it would doom the GOP however.
