Um, go to college, get an education degree, apply for jobs. I teach down south & all of the teaching assistants are black. Most of them have taken the Praxis teaching exam multiple times & cannot pass it. When I say it is pretty darn easy, that’s because it is. Quite a few of these women have gone on to get an online masters & still cannot pass said test. I can’t imagine what they owe for the online degree that will do nothing for them.
I use it in some cases.

Given that the BLM is also demanding separate dorms, separate rec areas, separation in events from whites for their comfort ... the logical solution is strict segregation of blacks from whites.
Whether you say it is for the comfort of blacks or safety of whites from black violence is your decision - but between continued black racist violence against whites and calls for open discrimination in public by them, they’ll see Brown vs Board of Education reversed if BLM keeps this up.
