Hurricane Matthew is big, bad and just downright scary, with iminent and sustained impacts to U.S. mainland. Florida Governor Rick Scott issued a state of emergency for all of Florida and disaster operations are activated. More than 1.5 million Floridians reside in current evacuation zones. Governor Scott has spoken with utilities across the state to ensure utilities are pre-positioned and there are no unmet needs. Multiple coastal hospitals have been evacuated. Meanwhile, feckless President Barack Hussein Obama is personally monitoring the progress of the storm.

Trying hard to be good.Hi Girlfriend.
Just here only to post Matthew stuff I don’t see posted, that’s all. PSAs from the grave, lol.
Outer eyewall looks fully contracted in that image.
Have you seen the other hurricane, Nicole, looming out in the Atlantic? Yikes.
Yep, seen Nicole. Madden-Julian Oscillation in play in the Western Atlantic.
Oh they are working on it. During Gov. Scott’s Q&A after statement this evening, he got the question that the Hillary campaign wants to know if he is going to extend voter registration and/or expand means to vote. He basically said No, people have had plenty of time to register and there are many ways to vote, then he said again, No, not changing anything. I told my husband, it’s a setup, so they can complain later when they lose FL.
it was noted earlier on the news that only 30% had evacuated the beaches. to me that is insane. of course some might think we are crazy because we are 9 miles from the beach. but we are not in any evacuation zone.
Hehehehe,Here with a lot of family.Son-in-law on route to Florida with crew. He’s a line man now.Crazy stuff.
Hurricane Hunters found 100 mph winds in outer eyewall, according to TWC. Given the expanded size of the storm, that could be very significant given the eventual track. And it also enhances the storm surge possibilities.
Sorry. Not seen you in awhile. We get over there on First Saturday downtown.
no, it needs to go east. jeez, are you nuts?
Just stepped outside and it’s pretty breezy, alright, windy and raining.
I thought it a hoax until I realized it does look like the beginning of the bridge, and the truck wears it's insp/dps pics like we do (did) in TX, even though I can't make out the plates.
Well in that case Clinton is already judge shopping.
It’s gonna be a mess.
