One more strong reason to be sure to get out and vote for Trump. He'll figure something out to avoid destroying the US in the name of UN agreement on global warming.

There is no agreement, it was never ratified by Congress. Trump can tell them to F-off.

The agreement is nonbinding, so Trump would be free to ignore it if he wins the White House. I think we have an opportunity for some serious middle ground with the left. They can have all the toothless symbolic international agreements that they want as long as we can just ignore them. Their misanthropic vanity complex will be satisfied, and we can all go on living like an advanced species. Win-win

It would be nice to see the UN building in Manhattan bulldozed into the East River and a public park for American Exceptionalism take its place.

Odumbo will be staying in DC after his term is up. He will strive to take the Trump Administration to court on anything that would reverse the Obama administration tragedies. He will strive for everything to be stacked by liberal judges. When the Senate goes on recess, so he will appoint a ninth judge and use his last days to try and ramrod the liberal agenda through!

This article is BS. The fact the Congress hasn’t ratified it means this article is an unnecessary waste of ink, and time to read it.

BS to this article, not you. All Trip needs to do is conclude the fake “deal” is a treaty that needs to be ratified by the Senate and refuse to comply with it because it hasn’t been ratified.

The House and Senate make laws. The Senate ratifies treaties. The president signs legislation and treaties.

Did I miss something, Devin?

What can be done, can be undone.

“UN” and “power play” is an oxymoron (a stupid cow). I think it’s past time for the U.N. to disband. Let’s leave the U.N. And give ‘em 6 months to move their HindQuarters out of New York

That means Trump, should he be elected president in November, could not “cancel” or renegotiate the terms of the agreement.

The agreement is nonbinding, so Trump would be free to ignore it if he wins the White House.

“nonbinding” makes for a pretty weak power play

This “agreement” if it is not deemed as a Treaty, then the President has all the authority to commit the USA to it. This is how the Iran Deal was legally shoved down our collective throats. The WH deemed it was not a treaty and therefore under the auspices of the Executive branch not the legislative branch which ratifies treatises. We may not like this because of the person in the WH but this speaks to the office of that man. Remember what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. If Trump should be elected and this is an agreement under the executive branch, then Trump can tear this up with a swipe of the pen. Remember the next President will have a pen and phone too!

What BULLSHIRT!

A whole article about how Trump’s statements have forced them to approve the deal ahead of schedule so that after 30 days it’s a done deal and trump can’t cancel or renegotiate the deal.

EXCEPT

1. “The agreement is nonbinding, so Trump would be free to ignore it if he wins the White House.”

2. “Trump could also insist the Senate needs to ratify the deal and send it to lawmakers, who would likely vote it down.”

3. “But Trump would have the power to shape American policy in other ways, including by nominating a ninth justice to the Supreme Court. The high court is likely to decide the fate of Obama’s biggest climate change regulation, likely in its next term.”

4. “If you control the presidency, then you can exert a huge amount of power,” Yeatman said. “You can basically not implement your commitments, and you’re not going to suffer anything on the world stage.”

So I ask you.... What the heck is this article trying to trick the people into believing?

WITHIN THEIR OWN ARTICLE they give 4 examples why their little climate deal, is MEANINGLESS! TOOTHLESS TIGER! A FRAUD! UNENFORCEABLE! WORTHLESS BULLSHIRT!

I predict that the first order of business in Trump’s 2nd term is a new Manhattan Project to prepare for the ice age.

Just received this photo of Algore's private aircraft lifting off from his private airstrip several days ago en-route to numerous capitols to expedite signings of this idiotic, fraud based -- but, for Algore, obozo, the Klintoons and their leftist cronies -- highly lucrative agreement.

In case you’re wondering why Algore requires such a large aircraft, it’s because he takes his ego, his banking records, several pallets of currency and 3 tons of gold coins with him wherever he goes.

Not binding on us unless the Senate passes it.
