I used to bring a bronchial inhaler with me when I drove. One time I wa stranded along the roadside, and my cousin was with me.

My idiot cousin gawked at someone’s door window and persistantly knocked. He was buddies with the man who lived there, but the man’s wife called the police.

A black deputy interrogated us harshly. He kept trying to call my inhaler a crack smoking device even though he knew I have a squeaky clean criminal record. A white deputy tried to cool him down, but he just smirked and doubled down.

I was tempted to hit the officer, but maybe I’m just smarter than other people — I knew he wanted me to.

I used to use a non-prescription inhaler called Primatine Mist, on occasion when I needed it. The EPA banned it because it somehow angered the Goddess of the Sky. There’s a replacement product now but it’s more expensive, gigantic and clunky (not portable), and I read it’s hard to use and a critical competent breaks down and the only solution is to buy a whole new starter kit (rather than just cheaper refiles). I fail to understand why they one could make an identical product minus whatever evil propellant somehow harmed the planet’s atmosphere.

I bought a few PMs before they were off the market, they lasted several years. Hope I don’t need any this winter cause they’re gone now.

I truly hope that whatever GD tree hugging unelected bureaucrat that made that call dies painfully. I hate the government.
