Jeb Bush is denying a report that claimed he's voting for Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson. Bush says he hasn't made a decision and suggested he may not cast a ballot at all.

'If everybody didn't vote, that would be a pretty powerful political statement, wouldn't it?' he said, according to CNN, after he was asked what would happen if other voters followed his lead.

The Republican politician's father George H.W. Bush had his plans to cross party lines at vote for Hillary Clinton revealed by Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, the daughter of the late Robert F. Kennedy.

Bush said at a Thursday event in Massachusetts at a venue named after Townsend's uncle, John F. Kennedy, that he thought her behavior was 'a little inappropriate' and trashed her for taking advantage of his father.

That statement would be “We’re all as dumb as Jeb Bush.”

I support ¡Jeb! on this one.

All persons who find the proclamations of ¡Jeb! to be generally agreeable, should also heed his advice here.

Has he been banned from the Republican party yet for going back on his promise to endorse/support the winner of the primaries?

If not, why not?

“I don’t know if I’d be a good candidate or a bad one,” Bush said at a Wall Street Journal CEO Council meeting on Monday evening in Washington, D.C. “I kinda know how a Republican can win, whether it’s me or somebody else – and it has to be much more uplifting, much more positive, much more willing to be… ‘lose the primary to win the general’ without violating your principles. It’s not an easy task, to be honest with you.”

Should Bush run, his embrace of comprehensive amnesty legislation and Common Core will put him at odds with conservative voters in the early primary states. Bush, who said he would make a decision in “short order” about whether he will be a presidential candidate, revealed on Monday that he thinks a moderate Republican who runs as a moderate in the primary has the best chance of winning the White House.

Bush has shown every indication that he will not pander to conservatives and take positions that are at odds with what he truly believes so that he is not viewed as a phony politician like Mitt Romney, who tried to have it both ways on nearly every issue.

Sounds like he’s still mad about getting no votes in the primary. Hey Jeb. I think a bog enough statement was you not getting any votes.

Wow, that is profoundly idiotic.

I wonder who Barbara Bush was fooling around with about 9 months before Jeb came along.

It is sad. The only time he (or his dad or brother) gets any press is when they trash the GOP. Ford used to do the same thing periodically with a NY times opinion piece. Does anyone hear from Patti Davis anymore? You would think at some point one of them would wise up and recognize they are being used and being laughed at behind their back by their users.

I guess at some point you have invested too much and it becomes impossible to recognize the truth that you are a buffoon.

“So no one voting for yebbie in the primaries was a “powerful statement”?”

Indeed it was! And I’m guessing it’s why Yeb knows so much about the powerful statement people make when they don’t vote ... at least for him, at any rate.

yep Jeb that is the system we use. You are free to not cast a ballot at all but that doesn’t
mean others will follow suit. Regardless of your retoric there will be a president elected
on Nov. 8. Your choices is to push for the best that can help America. If none meet your
criteria then fine but don’t think a lot of people will follow your lead.

Hey, Jeb, are you SURE you’ll go to prison for your dad? Because when Trump gets in we may accept a proxy for the old guy.
