The fatal police shooting of a Ugandan refugee who drew something from his pocket and extended his hands in a "shooting stance" happened about a minute after officers in a San Diego suburb arrived at the scene where a mentally unstable man was reportedly walking in traffic, a police spokesman said Wednesday.

It is already happening at the border between San Diego and Tijuana. There are hordes of Africans arriving daily in Tijuana. I have seen it with my own eyes. Judicial Watch published the story linked above. Please spread the word. Hardly anybody knows about the secret agreements to allow African refugees pass through Latin American countries to get to the U.S.

Except you’d be in jail where cops can shoot on the mere perception of a threat. ROE’s for LEO’s: Shoot first then analyze the threat.
Two officers on the scene. One felt the situation could be handled with his Tazer and the other felt the situation required deadly force. Why the different conclusions?

I guess things have changed because our daughter lived there for both school and later a three year stint as an expat, and she had “a green card.” She was a second level speaker in Japanese, did make a six-figure salary none of which was paid to her in Japan, but she wasn’t married a Japanese man. She did marry her college sweetheart later on and his mother was Japanese-American who had never lived in Japan.
All that said, you won’t see ANY Africans there. Some Indians (when you get tired of Japanese food there’s always an Indian restaurant), but no MIddle Easterners.
