If this is true.....
Obola won MN 53-45, so being tied is consistent with other polls in other states - ie, Trump is doing about +5-8 vs Mitt. What is interesting is to look at each state last presidential election and apply between +5 and +8 and see how the various states flip to us.
Perhaps the terrorist attack that happened in Minnesota last week has changed peoples views.
Not so sure MN isn't in reach, after that terror attack at the mall in St. Cloud. Minds are getting focused about the gathering threat.
