Moderator for the debate is Lester Holt, the anchor of the NBC Nightly News

The 90 minute debate will be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on major topics to be selected by the moderator and announced at least one week before the debate. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have an opportunity to respond to each other. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.

Good morning Nikos... ☕️ I believe putting 1 or 2 Board Certified Neurologist in the front row to observe H. Clinton would have more impact than Bills old girlfriends. HRC doesn’t love Bill and could care less who he messes with as long as it isn’t her. She may be angry because she acquired one of Bill’s STD’s and it is effecting her brain. Have the doctors watching her every move would definitely cause her concern.

The debate isn’t til 9pm ET, but we all need to post what we’re going to eat or drink that night. like we used to do.

I have a bottle of Dom that I’m saving if he wins the election.

I’ll be adding the spices, veggies and tomatoe sauce to the onions soon, and let that simmer for 10 hours or more. Made some Italian meatballs. And I’m going to boil some long pasta, maybe a Callizione. It’s a little wider than spaghetti.

I love to add at some point a small can of anchovies or the anchovy paste. CAn of tomato paste a must and a little sugar or honey, (about a tblsp). Have some fresh grated coconut I was thinking of adding a about 2-3 tsps.

Anyone ever tried coconut in a red pasta sauce?
