Six people have been stabbed in an attack on Tremont Street in Boston’s Theater District early Sunday, local media said. Police told media one suspect is still at large, while they may have apprehended a second one.
One victim was critically injured and is in emergency surgery, according to the Boston Globe.
Boston Police Superintendent Bernard O’Rourke said police have identified a suspect. Emerson College sent an alert to its students stating that two suspects were at large.

Actually, the vast majority of Boston residents (not students, full time residents) are very street smart.
They listen to Howie Carr, and know never to believe anything written in the Boston Globe.

Champaign County Coroner Duane Northrup has identified the deceased as George Korchev of Mundelein, IL. Mr. Korchev was pronounced dead at 1:02 AM at Carle Foundation Hospital.
