It’s a colt mustang .380 Mark IV series 80. It is not a single action pistol, it’s a semi-auto. Pre-”plus 2” they came with a 5 or 6 round magazine. They were not discontinued 1994 but in 1996, then the mustang was reintroduced in 2011 (also with a 6 round magazine) and are still being made today. They are even producing a model with a fancy tupperware frame if one is into that kind of thing.
I haven’t been able to read everything about this, but I am wondering, has it been shared as to why and or how the wife happened to be there to video this?
I read the report in post 111 and I still wonder where she was that she was there to record this - was she in the car? And left to video? I know, that makes no sense!
Has this been asked and answered? Thanks
I agree with you absolutely. Noticeable that one pant leg, where the holster is, was up...I do believe he was cradling the gun. It’s not like he had his hands up...
Well you can add this one, his DNA was found on the gun.
Since he had a criminal record it had to be an illegally gotten gun.

You can no longer hide the truth, those on the Net will eventually find it. And FReepers are re-relentless researchers.
Glock "automatics" are for sale everywhere?
.
Context is everything!
We were discussing handguns.
.
.
“Pocket Gun.”
.
Exactly! ! But, you referred to an “automatic”. Maybe, like a lot of uninformed journalists, you meant semiautomatic.
.
It is a generic term differentiating between revolvers, and semiauto hand guns.
It has been in general use for over 100 years.
You must be real fun to be around.
.
As must you!
