Trump is too smart to throw insults at her. That would be stupid. Trump will hit her where it counts without insulting her.
No insults, just tell the truth about her at every opportunity.
If Hillary! loses, Obama remains top dog in the party, will get to opine (solicited or not) about every national issue, and endlessly attach Trump. He can’t do that if Hillary were to win (God forbid). I don’t think that in his heart of hearts Bill wants her to win, either.

Trump has already said he will keep it at a level discourse if Hellary and NBC do the same. They take take to another level he will too.
Bingo. There’s no room for the Obamas and Clintons to share power. One faction has to go down in political flames and you can bet it won’t be the president and Michelle. Want an October Surprise? The e-mail scandal that Hillary thinks is being suppressed by her media buddies will rear its ugly head and put another fork into her campaign. The president holds all the cards in the unreported political game of chicken being waged between himself and Hillary, and no doubt he’ll flip the one one on her e-mails a week or two before the election.
All Trump has to do is look reasonable and he wins... Doesn’t matter what Hillary does she can’t get one more vote... All Trump needs to do is look reasonable and he wins the election even if Hillary wins on every point of the debate it won’t win her one more vote.
Her only shot at winning has always depress Trumps support. She can’t get more than 42/43% of the vote.
The MSM and the National Enquirer operate with the same level of credibility. If the dim talking point for the day was “kidnapped Elvis held in Trump Tower” do you doubt whether the NYT and Washington Post would run with it?
