I knew it would come.
Trump don’t need Cruz. Cruz clearly demonstrated he cannot be trusted.
Excellent statement by Cruz.
I didn’t realize so many had a deadline on his support.
Knowing full well the election isn’t until November 8th.
Oh ye of little faith.
What fair weather Republicans that eat their own around here.
Good. We need everybody onboard to Stop Hillary!
Cruz would make a great SCOTUS judge.
Levin has changed in that he is no longer a #NeverTrumper he has said he will vote for Trump.
He said HilLIARy would be a disaster of epic proportions from which we might not ever recover or survive.
So he would vote for Trump, and hope he can be persuaded to see the light on some issues.
It sure takes Ted Cruz a long time to keep his word.
Cruz has left the loud mouth never Trumpers high and dry. LMAO.
The only thing that bothers me about the Cruz statement today is that all the items he listed were true the night he made his convention speech. I am willing to forgive and in time shall forget. I also to this day believe he never would have gotten close to the White House as President this election cycle. I was with Ted until late last fall. He would have been hammered with the Canadian issue to know end. Trump was indeed right on that. We finally have a candidate tough enough to take on the DNC...something I do not think many of us could have imagined even a year ago.
I wonder what Mitt has to say about this.
>>Cruz: uh oh Trump is going to win this.

Exactly.
Finally!
Someone actually posts the full quote?
And it was left to our busy forum founder.
Twitter and Facebook are buzzing on this . . . the Friday before the FIRST Debate.
I think it is great. More for Hillary to worry about ALL WEEKEND LONG. That the divided Republican Party is coming together and will beat her badly come November from the top of the ballot to the bottom of the ballot.
Here’s hoping for SUPER Majorities in the House & The Senate come January.
THIS is certainly more newsworthy than Mark Cuban sitting on the front row compliments of Team Hillary and their tickets to the event.
I’m glad these two found a reason to team up.
It was hard for both Hamilton and Adams to get along with Jefferson. That’s just the way driven people are.
It was just this week that Trump came out strongly against the surrender of the internet.
Quoting Ted Cruz:
Sixth [reason for endorsing Trump], Internet freedom. Clinton supports Obamas plan to hand over control of the Internet to an international community of stakeholders, including Russia, China, and Iran. Just this week, Trump came out strongly against that plan, and in support of free speech online. [unquote]
[Might be the sixth listed reason — but that was the ice breaker.]
2lateTed
I’ve been a Cruz supporter since he ran for the Senate. I was disappointed badly that he would not live up to his pledge to support the nominee. Now that he has endorsed Trump, I’m back on the Cruz bandwagon, either for reelection to the Senate or for Supreme Court. Thanks, Ted!
Cuban is a joke. Something tells me the offer will be rescinded by Monday night due to all the bad PR...LOL
In addition... at debates at this level there is no clapping or support for either candidate...that is part of the rules..... so what is Cuban going to stare Trump down ....Trump wont be even able to see him behind the spotlights.... I have to laugh at this one big league.
I know! I was reading the thread, hoping somebody did . . . and all I could see was a bunch of #nevercruz. Hey guys? The Primary is now officially over. lol
Good; thank you Senator Cruz; it’s time to win again for our nation’s sake.
I wouldn’t go so far as to say they’ve teamed up.......Cruz gave away that opportunity at Convention. The only one now who can make it even appear they’ve ‘teamed up” is for Trump and Cruz to appear together.....I question if that will happen.
Now I hope that Trump will speak personally about it [after first breaking the ice and dangling a carrot via proxies]
With this tight deadline, it’s going to be HOT if he does.
They teamed up as a coalition for free speech online, for good judges, etc.
That’s the best you can hope for sometimes, an uneasy truce.
