Clintons shell out $1.16M to buy house next door in Chappaqua

It’s not quite the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, but Bill and Hillary Clinton are expanding their Westchester spread by buying the house next door, The Post has learned.
The Clintons shelled out $1.16 million for the three-bedroom, 3,631 square-foot, ranch-style home set on 1.51 leafy acres on Old House Lane in Chappaqua.
Westchester County land records and tax records from the town of New Castle — where Chappaqua is located — list William and Hillary Clinton as owners of the property.

That is what the Clinton's do in Chappaqua. Look for the smaller building for the secret service near the corner of the property. Everything is a racket with them.
I wonder if the high wall will be extended to include the new house.

Only 212 square feet?
That doesn’t sound quite right.
Most single family homes in that part of the country have full basements.

have they figured out a way for the taxpayers to fund it? I read a report about that being the case on their main (first) property.
The Secret Service had to build a structure (house) on the property to house agents assigned to protect Bill and Hillary.
Of course we taxpayers paid the construction costs of the Secret Service house.
Taxpayers also have to pay the Clintons a monthly rental for the property the Secret Service house stands on.
Surprisingly, the monthly rent the Clintons receive is the same amount as their mortgage payment on the entire property.

Correct me if I’m wrong.......when they bought the Chappaqua house the mortgage was 10 grand a month.......the charge the Secret Service 10 grand a month for their equipment on their property. If true, they’ll get the mortgage paid.......again.
