The Congressional Black Caucus is demanding that Attorney General Loretta Lynch immediately take action to prevent police killings with a nationwide crackdown on law enforcement.
"The world is watching and we cannot continue to ignore these killings," said Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., presenting the letter to the media Thursday while the entire caucus stood in support outside the Department of Justice.
The Congressional Black Caucus' letter urges Lynch to "aggressively pursue investigations, indictments and prosecutions through the Office of Civil Rights against any and all law enforcement officers who harm or kill innocent unarmed black men, women and children.

The only thing that’s gonna fix the problem is a massive, and sustained, case of “blue flu”. However, that won’t happen, because the cops got bills to pay, mouths to feed, mortgages to cover, etc etc, same reasons many of us don’t show up to rallies and protests, and same reasons there won’t be CWII
Cops just need to ignore black suspects and let the chips fall where they may.
Nationalizing all police will not be enough for them - the police must be made an arm of the Democrat Party.
I demand the racist Congressional Black Caucus demand safety in Chicago to prevent the hundreds of murders and shootings in that Democrat-controlled city.

Obama does have a plan to federalize the police.

It will be accomplished via “standards” & “reporting”. Standards are defined by the U.N. and in part by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation which has caused the U.N. standard, the UN Human Rights Commission Resolution 16/18 - adopted by the U.S. - to criminalize “Islamophobia”: your freedom of speech and action will not be contrary to Shariah.
At first it will be “soft law” “guidelines” and “standards”, but those guidelines and standards will become mandatory and federal dollars will be the leverage. Obama’s “Task Force on 21st Century Policing” is the written plan. Black Lives Matter is used by Obama as street muscle to generate the dynamic necessary for his agenda, which is federalization of police.

Let’s be brutally honest here. If there were no black people in the U.S., we could probably lay off about 90% of our police officers without any trouble.
How about an open congressional investigation/hearing on the Congressional Black Caucus and their organizational and individual ties to the Communist Party USA, the Black Lives Matter extortion movement, Islamic groups and HAMAS fronts in the US, and the Stalinist “Workers World Party” (which is a key US supporter of No. Korea)?
Also have about sanity tests and tests for racism while we are at it? I’ve never seen or heard of a more racist group than the CBC, even outdoing La Raza and MECHA, N’COBRA (black reparationists coalition).
I dare anyone to tell me that Rep. Elijah Cummings (D- Md) is sane. The same for Sheila Lee Jackson, Martha Fudge, Keith Ellison and the other black muslim rep (Andre?), Eleanor Holmes Norton (NY City’s curse brought to DC, Comrade John Conyers, Crook Charlie Rangel, and a bunch more.
Nearly every city/place they represent is a crime cesspool, with city councils led by red and black extremists, incompetents and crooks (Welcome to DC for the crooks).

Barbara Lee (D-CA), and Carliotta Scott (who according to captured communist records, was banging Marxist coup leader Maurice Bishop until he was executed by another Marxist coup led by Coard and his Cuban gang); Charles Rangel (D-Mich), sponsor of numerous CPUSA, SWP, and WWP fronts and protests; and those CBC members who are members of the Marxist Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).

20 years ago the CBC demanded more policing to stop violent and property crime in low income neighborhoods. Clinton responded with “100,000 cops on the street”. Today the CBC, after failing their community, wants less policing and more lawlessness in low income neighborhoods.
In other words, they want votes not real solutions.

Ironically, the CBC was formed because Democrat Congresscritters wouldn't let them caucus with them.
