Based purely on the videos she did not have to shoot the guy. Making a guess, she probably had her finger on the trigger of her weapon the whole time and flinched. If that’s the case her colleagues are lucky she didn’t shoot one of them in the back.

This man is dead for absolutely no reason. She showed terrible judgement and shot him when there was no threat whatsoever to her or anyone else. If that isn't grounds for criminal charges then what is?

In the video I saw, I could not tell who made the shot. I saw the big guy in the white shirt go down, but, there did not seem to be any reaction from those on scene. Base on reaction, I cannot say a shot was fired. But, eye witness accounts are not reliable.

I don’t think they are going to make the !st degree stick.
